How To Use

Using it

  1. Centre the pad on a hook-and-loop backing plate before switching on.
  2. Apply five small dots of one-step polish to prime the pad face.
  3. Mist a little pad conditioner onto the face, as Chemical Guys advises.
  4. Spread the polish at a low speed, then raise the speed to work it in.
  5. Work one small section at a time with slow, overlapping passes.
  6. Wipe away residue with a clean microfibre towel and check the gloss.

Cleaning and storage

  1. Brush out spent polish between sections to keep the face working evenly.
  2. Hand wash the pad in warm water with a dedicated pad cleaner after use.
  3. Press water out gently rather than wringing or twisting the foam.
  4. Leave it to dry face down on a clean surface.
