Machine Polishing Kits

Every kit here is a small machine for the places a full-size polisher cannot reach: badges, headlights, pillars, mirror caps and bumper recesses. The range covers the DAS-6 Nano, KDN Detailing Klein Nano and Vertool Nano Pro kits, ShineMate's EB210 and EP803, and the SGCB 12V mini rotary kit.

How to choose

• Plate size: 1 to 2 inch plates get into badges, grilles and door handle recesses; 3 inch plates cover mirrors, pillars and bumper sections. The ShineMate EP803 kit covers 1.2, 2 and 3 inch.
• Rotary kits, the ShineMate EP803 and SGCB 12V, cut quickly on a small scratch or a headlight but need a light touch and constant movement on paint.
• Cordless: the DAS-6 Nano, ShineMate EB210 and SGCB 12V run on battery, with no cable to catch on mirrors and trim.
• For whole panels, use a full-size machine from Dual Action Polishers.

Good to know

Small pads clog and heat up quickly, so work small areas and clean or swap the pad often. Spare pads for 3 inch plates, and ShineMate 1.6 inch micro wool pads for the smallest plates, are in Polishing Pads.
