Pressure Washing & Water Systems

This is everything between the tap and the car, from the pressure washer to filters for a spot-free rinse. It includes Active electric pressure washers, snow foam lances from Vertool, Maxshine and Mammoth, Equip2clean hoses, Better Detailing brass adapters and Aquaspray de-ionising filters.

How to choose

• The machine: start with Pressure Washers; every gun, hose and fitting has to match it.
• On the gun: Stubby Trigger Guns are shorter and easier to handle round the car; Snow Foam Lances lay pre-wash foam; Nozzles, Wands & Extensions change the spray pattern and reach.
• Connecting up: Hoses & Hose Reels for a longer or tougher hose and somewhere to keep it; Adapters & Quick Connects to make one maker's fitting work with another's.
• The water: Water Filters & Resin take out the minerals that leave water spots; Water Tanks, Pumps & Generators let you wash away from a tap or mains power.

Good to know

• Check the fitting on your machine or gun before ordering: Karcher, Nilfisk, M22 and quick release fittings only interchange with an adapter. It is the most common mistake here.

What do I need to snow foam my car?

A pressure washer, a snow foam lance that fits its gun (or an adapter to make one fit) and a snow foam diluted to the label. Without a pressure washer, a low pressure foam gun on a garden hose does the job with a wetter foam.
