Review Policy

How We Collect Reviews

After you order, Judge.me, the service we use for reviews on our website, emails you to ask what you think of the products you bought. You can also write a review at any time with the Write a Review button on a product page.

Judge.me checks each review against our orders. A review from someone who bought the product is marked Verified buyer.

We also invite customers to review us on Trustpilot through Trustpilot's own verified invitations, sent after an order. Every customer is invited in the same way, whatever they bought and whatever their experience was.

What We Publish

We publish every verified review we receive, good or bad, in the reviewer's own words. We never change what a reviewer writes. We may reply to a review in public, and our reply is always shown as coming from The Drivers HQ.

A review from a business connected to The Drivers HQ, such as our Detailing & Training Centre, is published with a label that says so.

On our pages we show a reviewer's first name and the first letter of their surname, never their email address or contact details.

Reviews We Do Not Allow

Fake reviews, or reviews from anyone who has not used the product or our service.
Reviews written by our staff, their families or our suppliers.
Reviews written in return for payment or a free product, unless that is stated in the review.
Personal details, offensive language, spam, or text that is not about the product or our service.

We remove a review only when it breaks one of these rules, never because it is critical.

Points for Reviews

Since 23 September 2026, HQ Rewards members who are verified buyers earn 10 points for an approved review of at least 10 characters, or 20 points when it includes a photo or video. The points never depend on the star rating or on what the review says.

Reviews from verified buyers written on or after that date are labelled Eligible for HQ Rewards points wherever we show them, so you can always tell which reviews could have earned points.

We do not offer points, discounts or anything else in return for a Trustpilot review.

Ratings and Counts

The average rating, the number of reviews and the star breakdown we show come straight from Judge.me and include every published review. We show reviews newest first and never pick out only the best ones.

Report a Review

If you think a review is fake or breaks these rules, email us at hello@thedrivershq.co.uk with a link to it. We will look into it and remove it if it breaks the rules.
