Before you apply, £9.99 per month, 12-month minimum term
Trade Membership is a paid membership. It costs £9.99 per month and has a minimum term of 12 months, paying monthly does not make it a cancel-anytime service during that term. Trade Members get 10% off every product except sale items. After the first 12 months it carries on month by month until you cancel, and you only start paying once your application is approved.
Please only apply once you understand and accept the full commitment. The cancellation, failed-payment and termination rules are set out in the Trade Membership terms.
What Happens After You Apply
There is no fixed approval time. It depends on how complete the evidence is, whether the business details match, and how many applications we are working through.

We Verify
We check the evidence against the business details. We may ask for something clearer.
Decision
If approved, we email you. Sign in and start your £9.99 monthly membership from the Trade Membership page, and your 10% comes off at checkout. The Drivers HQ may reject an application that cannot be verified or does not meet the programme requirements.

Application FAQs
Why do you need two forms of evidence?
It keeps Trade benefits with genuine eligible businesses, and it keeps the public Find a Detailer directory accurate. Two proofs reduce false applications, private customers claiming business discounts, duplicate accounts, fraudulent directory profiles and misuse of the Trade badge.
What if my application is rejected?
The Drivers HQ may refuse an application where evidence is insufficient, information cannot be verified, the business is outside an eligible sector, information is misleading, duplicate accounts exist, the programme is being misused, or membership terms are not accepted or followed. Private customers can still access normal retail pricing, HQ Rewards, product advice and public promotions where available.
