Chemical-Resistant Bottles

Acid and alkaline wheel cleaners, degreasers and solvents attack the seals and spring of an ordinary trigger until it leaks or stops spraying; a chemical-resistant bottle and trigger are made to take them. The range covers the Maxshine HD bottle in red, black, yellow and grey, and chemical-resistant dilution and mixer bottles from Duel Autocare, SGCB and ValetPro.

How to choose

• Colour: the four Maxshine colours let you give each product its own bottle, for example red for wheel cleaner and yellow for degreaser, so you pick up the right one without reading the label.
• Dilution: if you mix from concentrate, the Duel Autocare dilution bottle and the SGCB and ValetPro mixer bottles have ratios marked on the side, so concentrate goes to one line and water to the next.

Good to know

• Keep one bottle per product. If you do switch, rinse the bottle and spray clean water through the trigger first, because acid and alkaline cleaners react with each other's residue.
• For wheel cleaner or pre-wash over the whole car, a pump-up sprayer from Pressure Sprayers is quicker than a trigger.
