Glass Care

A car's glass needs three things: cleaning inside and out, polishing to take off marks a cleaner cannot shift, and protection on the outside so rain beads and blows away. Cleaners are the biggest part of the range, led by Stjarnagloss Glas, CarPro Clarify and Stoner Invisible Glass.

How to choose

• Glass Cleaners: for every wash and the inside of the screen, plus water-repellent and anti-fog cleaners, screen washes and a pre-icer.
• Glass Polishes: a fine abrasive for water spots, wiper haze and film a cleaner leaves behind. Headlight restoration for cloudy plastic lenses is here too.
• Glass Sealants: wipe-on rain repellents that make water bead and clear at speed; quick to apply and easy to top up.
• Glass Coatings: the same effect for much longer, in return for careful prep and a cure time before rain.

Good to know

• Protection only bonds to clean glass: clean it, polish it if needed, then wipe with Panel Wipe & IPA before a coating.
• Keep rain repellents to the outside. For misting on the inside, use an anti-fog product such as CarPro Fog Fight or Dunking Biscuit Vision.
