Sonax PROFILINE Glass Polish – Remove Light Scratches & Watermarks

Sonax PROFILINE Glass Polish (02731410, 250 ml) is a finely formulated cerium oxide-based polish designed for chemical-mechanical removal of minor imperfections—such as light scratches, blinding, and acid etching—from automotive glass surfaces, including windscreens and side windows.

Application Instructions:

• Apply the product to a moistened felt polishing pad.
• Use a rotary polisher at ~1000 rpm with ~10 kg of applied pressure, working the surface in overlapping passes; re-wet pad with water as needed to cool it.
• Polish for 15–30 minutes per windscreen, ensuring not to dwell too long in one area or overheat the glass.
• After polishing, clean the glass and surrounding surfaces with a microfiber cloth and glass cleaner.

Note: do not polish chipped or cracked glass.
