How to choose

• Brushes wear down a little every time the motor runs. A machine that cuts out, loses power under load or sparks more than usual at the vents often needs new ones.
• Change both at the same time; they come as a pair. On the DAS-6 Pro they are changed from the outside, so there is no need to open the body.

Good to know

Unplug the machine before you change the brushes, and keep the air vents clear of dried polish and pad dust so the motor can cool.
