The Bio-Fresh range is built around distinctly different fragrance profiles rather than variations of the same generic car scent. Current options include the clean profile of Fresh AF, citrus and cedarwood of Dope Soap, JDM-inspired Squash LLC, New Car Nectar, Poppin' Cherry, Vanilla C.R.E.A.M., Vitamin C, Bevy Grape, Iced Out and other fruit, sweet and fresh fragrances.

Because the bars can be divided into sections, the user can also adjust fragrance strength or combine different scents. Their under-seat placement keeps them largely invisible once installed, making them particularly suited to a freshly detailed vehicle where the aim is to add fragrance without introducing another visible accessory into the interior.

Bio-Bombs is also very clear about what the bars are not. They are fragrance products for adding a finishing scent to a clean vehicle, rather than products intended to remove an existing source of smoke, pet, food, mildew or other persistent odours.

The other side of Bio-Bombs is considerably more technical. Where a vehicle has a genuine odour problem rather than simply needing fragrance, the brand uses chlorine dioxide chemistry to treat the cabin and the sources of persistent smells. Its Vehicle Deodorization Kit generates chlorine dioxide gas inside the closed vehicle, allowing the treatment to disperse through the cabin airspace, ventilation system, fabrics, carpets, headlining, boot and areas beneath the seats.

For contamination embedded within surfaces, Bio-Bomb Minis create a chlorine dioxide solution for direct-contact cleaning and deodorising before the cabin treatment is carried out. Bio-Bombs combines these approaches in its Interior Air Quality Reset system: physically clean and treat the source where necessary, treat the enclosed cabin with gas-phase chlorine dioxide, then use a Bio-Fresh Bar afterwards if a finishing fragrance is wanted.
