Full Description

The IK e Foam Pro 2 is a new battery-powered foam sprayer equipped with maximum performance in terms of safety and ease of use.

This battery-powered sprayer is designed to be used with chemical agents with surfactant properties. It is manufactured for the generation of dry and long-lasting foam.

The IK e Foam Pro 2 works like a pressure washer, but without power! This makes the snow foam pressure sprayer mobile and incredibly easy to use. This sprayer is perfect for anyone that doesn't have a pressure washer. The fact that the sprayer is battery-powered removes the need to pump by hand, simplifying and speeding up the process of snow foaming your vehicle.

It comes with 3 foam mixers (orange, grey and green) that allow you to vary the type of foam: wet, intermediate or dry.

2 working positions: manual and electric.

Foaming

  2. Fill it with your product at the dilution on its bottle.
  3. Close it securely and switch it on.

IK sprayers by job

Foamers. The Foam Pro 2 makes a dry, long-lasting foam from cleaners with surfactant properties. It holds 1.25 litres of usable liquid in a 1.9 litre tank, has a 3 bar valve you can depressurise, a fan-type foam nozzle and a safety lock, and comes with three mixers, orange, grey and green, for wet, intermediate or dry foam. Foam keeps the chemical in contact with the surface for longer and avoids soaking fabrics and upholstery. The Foam 1.5 is the smaller hand pump foamer, and the e Foam Pro 2 is battery powered, so it foams without a pressure washer. The range also includes the Foam Pro 2+, the e Foam Pro 12 and the Multi Pro 12 foamer.

Pressure sprayers for strong chemicals. The MULTI range is built for the most aggressive chemicals and is particularly resistant to acids. The Multi 1.5 is a 1 litre pump sprayer, the Multi Pro 2 has seals resistant to most acids, solvents and disinfectants, a 2.5 bar safety valve and two nozzles, and the Multi Pro 9 and Multi Pro 12 are the large-tank versions; the Multi Pro 12 has a 1.5m hose and a 47cm fibreglass lance.

Matched to the chemical. The ALK 1.5 is made for alkaline cleaners, alcohols and acetones. The HC 1.5 pump sprayer and HC TR 1 trigger are built for hydrocarbons: oils, solvent-based products, lubricants and petroleum products, for brake cleaning, tar spots and removing silicone before paint.

Trigger sprayers. The Multi TR 1, Multi TR-1 360 and Multi TR Mini 360 are hand triggers for all-purpose cleaners and neutral products; the 360 models spray at any angle, and the Mini has a base for stability and colour-coded caps.

Film fitting. The PPF 12 is a heavy-duty stainless steel sprayer for applying paint protection film, window tint and wraps, with an adjustable cone and fan nozzle, a pressure gauge and a standard Schrader valve.

Which IK sprayer for which chemical?

The seals and materials inside a sprayer decide which chemicals it can handle for long, so IK builds each range for a family of products:

  • FOAM (Foam Pro 2, Foam 1.5, e Foam Pro 2): cleaners with surfactant properties, such as snow foams, pre-washes and upholstery cleaners, laid on as foam.
  • MULTI (Multi 1.5, Multi Pro 2, 9 and 12): the most aggressive chemicals, and particularly acids.
  • ALK (ALK 1.5): alkaline cleaners, alcohols and acetones.
  • HC (HC 1.5, HC TR 1): oils, hydrocarbon solvents, lubricants and petroleum products, such as brake cleaner and tar remover. IK rates the HC TR 1 as limited with alkalis and ketones, so use a different sprayer for alkaline cleaners.
  • Multi TR triggers: all-purpose cleaners and neutral products. IK rates the Multi TR 360 models as not optimal for alkaline products and ketones.

Goizper does not promise that any sprayer suits every chemical on the market, so always follow the chemical maker's instructions and dilutions. After every use, depressurise the sprayer and rinse it with clean water. If a nozzle blocks, clear it with water, never a metal object, and replace worn nozzles, filters or hoses with original IK spare parts. Colour-coded caps help you keep one sprayer per chemical.
