The Kiam KM3700PR is a petrol pressure washer built for daily professional use. A 14 HP Loncin 4-stroke engine drives a brass pump through a gearbox, which lowers pump speed for cooler running and a longer life, and German Parker seals and a thermal relief valve protect it further. It gives up to 3700 PSI (255 bar) at 15 litres per minute, with 3400 PSI working pressure. It is tank-feed ready with a suction hose and inline filter, and comes with a 10 m hose, trigger gun, steel lance and 5 quick-release nozzles, including a soap nozzle for low-pressure detergent. Low-oil shutdown protects the engine. It weighs 68 kg.

The Brand
Kiam Power Products
Kiam Power Products makes professional cleaning equipment for valeters, detailers, workshops and building sites: KV60 wet and dry vacuums, SiteVac dust extractors, the Aquarius steam cleaner and carpet extraction machine, and pressure washer accessories such as the 4000 PSI turbo nozzle. The KV60 vacuums have stainless steel tanks, and the SiteVac range covers M-Class and L-Class dust extraction for 240V and 110V supplies.
KV60 wet and dry vacuums. The KV60-2 has twin 1200W motors, 2400W in all, and the KV60-3 triple 1000W motors, 3000W in all. Both have a 60 litre stainless steel tank, a 2.5m hose and a trolley base on castors with storage points for accessories. They suit vehicles, car washes, workshops and warehouses, and the KV60 is also widely used for gutter cleaning with Kiam gutter poles. At about 80cm tall it fits in most estate cars and small vans.
SiteVac 240V M-Class. The 20L and 30L models have a 1500W motor, a HEPA filter and M-Class dust extraction to EN 60335-2-69, for hazardous fine dusts such as wood, plaster and concrete. Kiam lists 170mbar maximum vacuum, 1.86 cubic metres a minute of airflow, 80dB and 6.7kg for the 30L. A power take-off socket starts and stops the vacuum with your power tool, a manual button cleans the filter, and a float valve stops suction when the tank is full.
SiteVac 110V. For sites on a 110V supply there are the M-Class 1000W 20L and 30L, and the L-Class 2000W 60L and 80L with a twin-motor system for low-risk hazardous dust. These carry Kiam's W.A.S.P. mark, short for Worksite Approved Specialist Product.
Kiam steam, extraction and pressure washer accessories
Aquarius Pro Valet. The Aquarius Pro Valet is a spray extraction machine for car upholstery and carpets, rugs and sofas. It sprays cleaning solution and extracts it again in one pass, with separate tanks for clean solution, 6.5 litres, and dirty water, 7 litres. Kiam lists a 1100W motor, a 50W pump at 4 bar, 2 litres a minute of solution flow and a 3m hose.
Aquarius Pro Steam. The Aquarius Pro Steam is a dry steam cleaner with a 2000W heating core, for chemical-free cleaning of grease and grime in vehicle interiors and around the workshop.
Turbo nozzle. The Kiam 4000 PSI Turbo Nozzle spins a concentrated jet for heavy dirt, moss, green algae and block paving, and will even shift flaking paint from brickwork. It fits standard lances with a 1/4 inch male thread or a 1/4 inch quick release outlet, up to 4000 PSI, 280 bar, at 100°C. It is for hard surfaces, so keep it off car paint and trim.
