Full Description

The Rupes BigFoot LK900E 'Mille' is a powerful force drive machine polisher which offers both the cutting ability of a rotary polisher whilst having the safety of a Dual Action Polisher.

The gear driven action forces the rotation and the orbit in a more consistent pattern than that of a traditional Dual Action Polisher, regardless of the angle of the panel or pressure applied. The result is powerful cutting power and low heat build-up.

How To Use

Polishing

  1. Wash, decontaminate and dry the car first.
  2. Fit a clean pad centred on the backing plate.
  3. Spread the polish at the lowest speed.
  4. Work small sections with slow overlapping passes and a firm grip, then wipe off and check.

Afterwards

  1. Switch it off and disconnect the power.
  2. Remove and clean the pad.
  3. Blow dust from the vents.
  4. Store it dry, in its case if it has one.

Top Tip: Letting the gear drive do the cutting, rather than pressing down, keeps heat low and the finish even.
