Full Description

The Rupes DA Ultra Fine Pad is a 130/150mm white foam pad for dual action polishers, aimed at detailers finishing haze-prone or very soft paint to a high gloss.

The D-A ULTRA-FINE foam pad is designed for high gloss finishing and polishing on haze-prone or very soft paint surfaces. It can also be used for the application of sealants or waxes. Pair the D-A Ultra-fine foam pad with UNO PURE Universal Polish to remove extremely fine defects or to bring out a show car level finish.

How To Use

Polishing

  1. Centre the pad on a backing plate of the right size.
  2. Prime the face with a little product, as the product directs.
  3. Spread at low speed, then work at the speed the product gives.
  4. Keep the pad flat on the panel.
  5. Clean the pad between panels with a pad brush or a clean microfibre.

Afterwards

  1. Wash the pad after use.
  2. Let it air dry before storing.
  3. Store it clean and dry in a sealed bag or box.
  4. Replace it when the foam tears or the backing wears.

Top Tip: Light pressure and a clean pad face give the most even, haze-free finish.
