The Brand

SD Fresh Scents

SD Fresh Scents (SDFresh) makes hanging car air fresheners for the car scene, and each design comes in its own scent. There are car designs, a Datsun 240z, an MK1 Golf, Nissan S13, S15 and R35 GTR and a Mazda RX7, and car culture slogans such as Finance Killed The Scene, It's Stock Officer and Dude Is That A Supra. The S13, for example, is a card cut to the outline of a yellow S13 with its pop-up headlights raised, drawn in a cartoon style.

At The Drivers HQ we stock the SD Fresh Scents range online with UK delivery and in our Ilkeston shop. Popular designs include the Nissan S13, the MK1 Golf and the Datsun 240z, and at a few pounds each they make an easy gift for a driver who likes a fresh-smelling car.

Using a hanging air freshener

Hang it from the rear-view mirror or a hook where it cannot block your view of the road or rest against the trim.

A hanging freshener scents the car while it hangs, so replace it when the scent fades. A fresh freshener works best in a clean car: vacuum the carpets and wipe the dashboard first, because a freshener will cover a smell but will not remove its cause. For lingering smells from smoke, pets or damp, use an odour eliminator first, then hang a new freshener.

With one design per car and a different scent for each, they are easy to collect, and a few together make a small gift for a car friend alongside a gift card.
