Use this guide to choose your size. It lists body measurements: the size of the person wearing the garment, not the garment itself. Fit varies between brands and styles, so where a product's description gives its own measurements or fit (for example an oversized fit), follow that. If you are between sizes or not sure, ask us before you buy.

Measuring yourself

  • Chest: around the fullest part of your chest, under your arms, keeping the tape level.
  • Bust: around the fullest part.
  • Waist: around your natural waistline. Bend to one side to find it.
  • Hips: with your feet together, around the fullest part.
  • Children: measure height without shoes, standing straight with feet together.

How to measure

1. Chest Measure around the fullest part of your chest, under your arms, keeping the tape level.

2. Length Measure from the highest point of the shoulder, beside the collar, straight down to the hem.

Between two sizes? Take the larger one for a relaxed fit.

Status Error is a UK car culture brand. In its own words, it was established in 2012 and is one of the longest running car culture clothing and accessory companies in the UK. Its website has offered clothing, accessories, hats, stickers, floor mats and JDM car gear for enthusiasts of the JDM lifestyle and car culture, and the brand has said its garments are printed in the UK and shipped from the Status Error Glasgow warehouse.
