SCRATCH, SWIRL & LINT FREE, The microfibre material this towel is made of is non-abrasive and will not leave scratches or lint on your paintwork, glass or mirrors.

NO SCRATCHES, While cheap microfibre towels have nylon edges that can damage surfaces, the edging on this towel is ultra-soft and silk-banded so 100% of the towels surface is designed to protect your paintwork.

HIGH DENSITY, At 1400GSM this towel is soft, thick, plush and very absorbent.

How To Use

Drying

  1. Rinse the car and start drying from the roof down.
  2. Lay the higher pile side flat on the panel.
  3. Draw it slowly across the panel to lift the water.
  4. Turn it to a dry section as it fills.

Care

  1. Wash it on its own with other microfibres.
  2. Skip fabric softener.
  3. Dry it on a low heat or hang it to dry.
  4. Store it clean and dry in a sealed bag.

Top Tip: Keeping the shorter pile side for wax and sealant removal keeps residue out of the drying side.

The Hydro Hoover drying towel

Two sides, two jobs. One face has a slightly longer pile for soaking up water and wiping away detail sprays; the shorter pile side is for polishing and buffing off cured paste waxes and sealants.

1400GSM. At a density of 1400 grams per square metre the towel is thick, plush and absorbent, so a 40 x 40cm towel lifts a lot of water for its size.

Soft edges. Cheap microfibre towels often have hard nylon edges that can mark paint. The Hydro Hoover is edged with an ultra soft silk band, so the whole towel is safe on paint, glass and mirrors, and the microfibre is non abrasive and lint free.

Drying with the Hydro Hoover

Blot or drag. Lay the long pile side flat on a panel and pat it, or draw it slowly towards you across the paint without pressing. Work from the roof down and turn the towel to a dry face as it fills.

Detail spray as a drying aid. A light mist of detail spray on each panel before drying adds slickness under the towel and a little gloss.

Buffing. Keep the short pile side for taking off wax or sealant residue once it has cured.

Washing it. Wash microfibre on its own, with no fabric softener, and let it dry fully before you store it, so the fibres stay soft and absorbent.
