The AutoBead Pre-Wash Duo pairs Heavy Dirt citrus pre-wash with Snow Foam, both in 1L bottles. Used before the contact wash, they break down and lift as much dirt as possible, so less of it is dragged across the paint by the wash mitt, and at the right dilution neither strips your wax or sealant.

Wash marks come from dirt dragged across the paint by the wash mitt, and these two remove as much of that dirt as possible before you touch the car. Heavy Dirt is a concentrated citrus pre-wash: dilute it 10:1 for heavy soiling or 25:1 for everyday use, spray the dirtiest areas, door shuts and lower panels, and give it 3 to 4 minutes. Snow Foam then covers the whole car in a thick, clinging foam from a mild alkaline base and works for up to 10 minutes before you rinse from the top down. At the right dilutions neither strips wax or sealant, so the Duo suits protected cars and regular washing. On a very dirty car, Heavy Dirt can also go through a foam lance at 1 part to 4 parts water.
Caution: Use both at the stated dilutions, rinse thoroughly and never let either dry on the surface, especially in warm weather.
Top Tip: Aim for a clinging foam rather than one as thick as shaving foam: AutoBead says very thick foam cuts the dwell time.
