How To Use:

  1. Spay BlackJack to the required area
  2. Leave to work for 2-3 minutes (ambient temperature dependant)
  3. Tar deposits will begin to bleed away that can then be simply removed using a suitable microfibre towel
  4. For Glue residue removal, simply spray onto the required area, and allow a short time for the product to take effect before wiping the residue away with a suitable microfibre towel

Warning - Avoid contact with headlight covers and plastic trim, do not allow the product to dry or use in direct sunlight. Caution is advised when using BlackJack on vintage paintwork, single-stage paint or surfaces subject to a smart repair.

How To Use

Application

  1. Wash and dry the car first so only the tar and glue are being treated.
  2. Spray BlackJack directly onto the tar spots or glue residue.
  3. Leave it to dwell for 2 to 3 minutes, longer in cold weather.
  4. Wipe the loosened tar away with a clean microfibre towel.
  5. Reapply to any stubborn residue and repeat if needed.

Duel wash, wheel and protection products

Pre-wash and wash. Assault is an alkaline snow foam that lifts traffic film without stripping wax or sealant: 50ml with 450ml of water in a foam lance covers a car, left for three to five minutes. Engage is the pH neutral foam for maintenance washes. The Snow Lux coloured snow foams come in Banana Blizzard yellow, Strawberry Storm red, Berry Blanket blue and Apple Alpine green. Nitty Gritty is a non-caustic pre-wash and degreaser for engine bays, door shuts and wheel arches, and Bahama Blue is a concentrated pH neutral shampoo, 15ml to a bucket. For contamination there is BlackJack for tar and glue, and Toxin, a gel iron fallout remover that turns purple as it works.

Wheels and tyres. Axis is an acid-free, alkaline wheel cleaner for clear-coated, painted and diamond cut wheels. Dilute it up to 20:1 for a light clean, about 10:1 for general brake dust and about 5:1 for heavy dirt, and leave it two to three minutes. Cleanse strips old dressing from the tyre wall, then Profile dresses tyres and trim without sling: one layer gives a satin finish, more layers add gloss.

Protection and finishing. Flex is a polymer sealant you spray through a foam lance onto the wet car and rinse off, protecting paint and glass for six to eight weeks, with 20 applications per bottle. Oxide does the same job by hand as a quick detailer and spray sealant. Element Hybrid Wax blends prime yellow T1 carnauba with synthetics for three to four months of protection, and one 100ml tin covers ten or more cars. Nitro is a bilberry scented quick detailer for every exterior surface, and Panel Prep removes oils and polish residue before a wax, sealant or coating.

Duel interior care, air fresheners and microfibre

Interior and glass. Logic is a concentrated interior cleaner for plastics, trim, vinyl, fabric and upholstery, diluted up to 10:1, so a 500ml bottle makes up to five litres. Test fabrics for colour fastness first, and do not use it regularly on leather. Satin cleans and dresses the dashboard, door cards and console in one wipe, leaving an anti-static, low-sheen finish and a lime scent; keep it off the steering wheel, pedals and gear knob. Optical is a high-alcohol glass cleaner that flashes off fast for a streak-free finish: spray it onto the cloth, not the glass. For fabric there is the Pet Hair Remover, a rubber block that pulls hair out of carpets and seats, and the Finger Scrub Mitt, two to a pack.

Air fresheners. Duel's spray scents are Cherry B (Bakewell tart), Fizz Pop (sweet shop), Havana (sugar cane and lime), New Car, Passion (pornstar martini), Pineapple Express, Pour Femme (floral), Pour Homme and Zest (lemon and lime). Kit 2 puts Zest, Fizz Pop and Pour Femme in a mesh bag for the door pocket.

Microfibre, brushes and kit. The Triple Twisted Loop Drying Towel is 1400gsm and 40 x 60cm. The Utility Cloth, in orange or green, has a short pile side to spread or remove product and a plush side to buff. Also the Coral Fleece Cloth, Buff Twin Pack, General Purpose 10 Pack, Glass Cloth (35 x 35cm), Wash Mitt and Laundry microfibre wash, made without conditioners. Brushes come as The Soft One, a 17cm and 23cm pair for gloss black wheels and piano black trim, and The Stiff One for tougher dirt. Kit includes the Snow Foam Lance, a spare 1 litre lance bottle and lid and the 947ml dilution spray bottle with a chemical resistant trigger and marks from 1:1 to 10:1.
