HDO CCS BLACK FINISHING PADS

Foam pads that are commonly used tend to soak up polish too fast. This causes a decrease in the effectiveness of both the pad and the polish as most of the polish gets trapped beneath the pad's surface. To solve this issue, CCS Technology™ has been developed which strategically patterns partially closed foam cells. This technology is now incorporated in our Heavy Duty Orbital (HDO) pads. This design comes with a durable, dual-layered build and tapered edge, providing additional benefits to the operator.

Benefits:

• Slow Rate of Polish Absorption – CCS pockets gradually release polish as needed by the operator.
• Prevents Pad Skipping – CCS pockets reduce surface tension allowing the operator to run the pad flat on the working surface.
• Dual Layer – The dual-layer design reduces lateral/horizontal movement, reducing friction inside the pad, increasing durability by eliminating excessive heat and reducing foam fatigue.
