Full Description

Citrus Blend is a pre wash like no other, offering a diverse range of uses and applications for all your pre wash needs.

With a built in foaming agent it combines the benefits of a snow foam and that of a citrus pre wash together as one, meaning the product can be applied via a snow foam lance, pressure sprayer or trigger spray!

Just 100ml in a snow foam lance will give snow foam like qualities and the product can be used at up to 100:1 in a pressure sprayer depending on your pre wash needs.

Totally safe for all surfaces, Citrus Blend also makes a superb fabric roof cleaner.

The Detail Kitchen

The Detail Kitchen is a UK car care brand from Dawley, Telford, run by The Detail Kitchen Ltd. It was launched in 2019 by the team behind Autogleam, a Telford valeting and detailing business, whose owner Andy runs both. Everything follows a kitchen theme: a menu of products, a Tapas Bar and taster days, with How to Prepare instructions, a Serving Suggestion and a Message from the Chef on each product. In its own words its products are hand made and hand poured in the UK, with mouth watering scents and premium finishes, and as a small Kitchen it mixes every recipe from scratch by hand, so a product's colour can vary a little in shade without affecting its quality.

The Detail Kitchen wash and decontamination

Pre-wash and wheels. Citrus Blend combines a citrus pre-wash with a built-in foaming agent, so it goes through a snow foam lance, a pressure sprayer or a trigger: 100ml in a lance gives a snow foam, and it dilutes up to 100:1 in a pressure sprayer. It also cleans fabric roofs. Blueberry Deep Dish is a non-acidic, blueberry scented wheel cleaner for all wheel types that is kind to wheel protection.

Shampoos. Cola Car Shampoo is a cola infused, protection safe and very concentrated shampoo: as little as 10ml in the wash bucket. Gourmet Si02 Infused Shampoo has a vanilla pod scent and leaves a thin SiO2 layer behind as you rinse, and is the maintenance wash for the Gourmet wax and spray.

Decontamination. Devilled Eggs is the one product the brand admits it cannot make smell good: spray it over bodywork and wheels, let it bleed colour as it reacts for 2 to 3 minutes and rinse, out of direct sun and never letting it dry. Tartar Sauce removes tar and glue before claying or protection, and Pest Control lifts bugs and bird muck with a light mist before they etch the clear coat. The Fine Grade Clay Bar 100g lifts surface contaminants from paint, glass and wheels with Mellow Melon as a lubricant; the brand warns that any clay can cause minor marring and recommends following it with a polish.

Gourmet protection. The Gourmet Si02 Infused Wax is the brand's flagship, sold as a set with an applicator and finishing towel, for bodywork and wheels: up to 12 months from two coats, or 6 months and more from one, with good preparation. The Gourmet Si02 Infused Spray On Sealant lasts around 3 months on its own and tops up ceramic coated cars. The brand is clear that it is not a ceramic coating, as the two only share SiO2. Work it in for about 30 seconds in a cross hatch, then buff off with a second cloth.

Gingerbead and finishing sprays. Gingerbead Paintwork Sealant was the brand's first dedicated protection product. It has no gloss enhancers, so it suits matte, satin and vinyl. Mist it on, work it until the residue flashes, leave about a minute, buff, add a second coat and keep the car dry for an hour. Concours Cocktail is a mixed fruit scented all-in-one for show cars, packed with wax for a wet look and fillers that mask light swirls. Mellow Melon is a high gloss quick detailer that doubles as clay lube and an interior sheen.

Glass, tyres and interior. Glassware cleans glass inside and out, and Red Liquorice is a mixed berry scented nano spray tyre dressing with water resistance: one coat for a new tyre look, more for gloss. Secret Ingredient is a ready to use and dilutable all purpose cleaner for plastics, arches, engine bays and tyre walls, and Dresscode cleans leather and upholstery.
