Where is Sam's Detailing based?
Sam's Detailing is based in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, at 6 Blackburn Road. Sam started the brand to make car care products that are easy to understand and easy to use.
Is Sam's Detailing Snow Foam pH neutral?
Once diluted, yes. Used neat it is slightly alkaline. Diluted, it is safe on wax, sealants and ceramic coatings, and Sam's recommends foaming a dry car so extra water does not thin it.
What is the difference between Sam's Ceramic Boost and Ceramic Foam?
Ceramic Boost is sprayed onto a wet panel and rinsed straight off; Ceramic Foam is applied with a foam lance after the wash and rinsed off. Both give up to three months of protection, and you only need one of them.
How often should I use Sam's Ceramic Foam?
About once a month. Its protection can last up to three months, but Sam's recommends monthly use to keep it topped up.
Can I use Sam's Wheel & Tyre Cleaner on chrome wheels?
No. Sam's does not recommend it on chrome alloys. Use Sam's Wheel Soap on chrome wheels instead.
Can the Sam's Drying Towel go in the tumble dryer?
No. Wash it by hand or in the machine, then always leave it to dry naturally before you put it away.
