Hydro QD is an easy to apply Quick Detailer with built-in hydrophobic sealant for those who want nothing but the best protection, durability, shine and beading. It will enhance your last stage protection by adding a microscopic thin layer of hydrophobic sealant, via specialist polymer technology.

Car-Chem Hydro QD offers a hydrophobic guard and will help protect your vehicle's paint from bird droppings, acid rain, bugs, road salts and other elements. It can also be used as a very effective spray sealant after washing which will keep your vehicle protected against the elements.

How To Use

Application

  1. Start with a clean vehicle, either freshly washed or carrying only light dust.
  2. Work on cool panels out of direct sunlight.
  3. Lightly mist Hydro QD over the area you want to treat.
  4. Wipe the product over the paintwork with a clean microfibre cloth.
  5. Treat glass, plastics, alloys, steel and rubbers in the same way as you go.
  6. Once the whole vehicle has been treated, buff with a second clean microfibre.

Aftercare

  1. Maintenance wash with a gentle car shampoo and a soft wash mitt.
  2. Use Hydro QD as a spray sealant after washing to keep the finish topped up.
  3. Remove bird droppings and bug residue promptly rather than leaving them to bake on.
  4. Wash buffing cloths separately, without fabric softener.
  5. Store the bottle closed, upright and away from frost.

Top Tip: Use two cloths, one to spread and one to buff, and turn to a clean face as they load up.
