Measuring yourself

  • Chest: around the fullest part of your chest, under your arms, keeping the tape level.
  • Bust: around the fullest part.
  • Waist: around your natural waistline. Bend to one side to find it.
  • Hips: with your feet together, around the fullest part.
  • Children: measure height without shoes, standing straight with feet together.

How to measure

1. Chest Measure around the fullest part of your chest, under your arms, keeping the tape level.

2. Length Measure from the highest point of the shoulder, beside the collar, straight down to the hem.

Between two sizes? Take the larger one for a relaxed fit.

Gas Monkey Garage is based in Dallas, Texas, which the brand's own store calls the home of Gas Monkey Garage. Visitors can tour the garage, where, according to its website, Richard Rawlings has spent the past two decades assembling an array of his favourite vehicles, spanning pre-war classics, muscle cars and powerful trucks.

Richard's story is told in his book, Fast N' Loud: Blood, Sweat and Beers. The Gas Monkey Garage store describes it as the wild ride that took him from broke dreamer to one of the most recognisable names in the automotive world, with behind the scenes stories from Fast N' Loud, his favourite builds and his biggest mistakes.

Blood, Sweat and Beers is more than a book title. The brand calls it the legendary motto that defines the Garage spirit, and it sits alongside the Get You Some of That attitude that, in the brand's words, built the brand. The slogan appears on several designs in the range stocked by The Drivers HQ, including the Blood, Sweat & Beers OG T-Shirt and the Spark Plugs T-Shirts.

Monkey, Script and Spark Plug Designs

The Gas Monkey Garage look is built on a handful of recognisable graphics. The brand's own store calls its winged spark plug logo classic and the screaming Monkey head iconic, and the Spark Plugs T-Shirts stocked by The Drivers HQ put the monkey, tongue out, between two spark plugs, with the Blood, Sweat and Beers slogan below.

Script and initial logos make up much of the rest. The shop stocks the large hot rod script logo on T-shirts and a hoodie, the OG Logo T-Shirt and the Blood, Sweat & Beers OG T-Shirt, which pairs the Gas Monkey Garage logo with the Blood, Sweat and Beers slogan.
