303 Wheel & Tyre Cleaner lifts dirt and debris to leave your wheels and tyres perfectly clean.

This Wheel and Tyre Cleaner uses a foaming formula to remove dirt, debris and road grime. The non-corrosive and acid-free formula is safe for use on ALL wheels.

Directions:

Shake product well before using. For best results, use when tyres and wheels are cool to the touch. Rinse the wheel and tyre with the hose, then spray the product on both, making sure to cover the entire area. Let the product sit for 2 minutes. For tyres: use a hard-bristled tyre brush to agitate product on the tyre, to remove any dirt or browning on the tyre’s rubber surface. Rinse thoroughly. For wheels: Use a wheel cleaning tool to clean and agitate product on wheel surface, then rinse wheel thoroughly. For both surfaces, if any residue remains, repeat the steps as necessary.

How To Use

Application

  1. Shake the bottle well and check the wheels and tyres are cool to the touch.
  2. Rinse the wheel and tyre with a hose to remove loose dirt.
  3. Spray 303 Wheel & Tyre Cleaner onto both the wheel and the tyre, covering the entire area.
  4. Leave the foam to work for 2 minutes.
  5. Scrub the tyre rubber with a hard-bristled tyre brush to lift dirt and browning.
  6. Agitate the wheel surface with a wheel cleaning tool, then rinse the wheel and tyre thoroughly.
  7. Repeat the steps on any area where residue remains.

Aftercare

  1. Dry the wheel with a microfibre towel kept apart from paintwork towels.
  2. Let the tyre sidewall dry fully before applying any tyre dressing.
  3. Apply your chosen wheel protection only once the wheels are clean and dry.
  4. Rinse the tyre brush and wheel tool, then store them apart from paint wash tools.
  5. Store the bottle closed and upright, away from heat and frost.

303 traces its story back to 1980. In Gold Eagle's announcement of the acquisition, the company explains that founder Dennis A. Praegitzer recognised that the aviation and aerospace industry needed something that did not exist: a protective chemical treatment for rubber and plastics that actually protected against UV and ozone degradation.

That need produced the product 303 still calls its flagship. The brand says Aerospace Protectant was originally engineered to protect aircraft rubber wing boots at high altitudes, and it describes today's formula as water-based and silicone-free, drying to a clear matte finish with no greasy film. The same UV protection is now used on dashboards, convertible tops, tyres and trim, as well as boat seats and patio furniture.

In 2012 Gold Eagle Co., the Chicago company behind STA-BIL, acquired 303 Products, and 303 is now presented on Gold Eagle's website alongside its other brands. The brand says its formulations undergo rigorous internal testing and have built over 40 years of field-tested trust, and it sums up its range with the line Proven to Protect.

Protectants, Coatings and Fabric Care

303 describes Automotive Protectant as delivering UV protection for a vehicle's rubber, vinyl and plastic surfaces, whether that is the dashboard, trim, tyres or weather seals.
