Full Description

On this one the nozzle is bright yellow, fitted to the same brass body with a black adjuster knob and a white 1 litre bottle. Other nozzle colours: grey and red.

The Hydro 360 Snow Foam Lance allows you to have greater control over the jet of foam that is sprayed onto your vehicle.

The lance has a fully adjustable spray pattern that allows you to spray vertically or horizontally. The Hydro 360 also features an adjustable foam injection knob so you can alter the denseness of the foam. This allows you to use thinner or thicker foam depending on the job.

The lance bottle holds up to 1 Litre of your favourite snow foam. The lance combines high pressure water with snow foam or car wash soap and air to produce thick clinging foam.

By covering your car with snow foam you reduce the risk of leaving swirl marks or scratches on your paintwork. The thick, clinging foam works by loosening dirt and contaminants from the paint surface.

How To Use

Foaming

  1. Fit the lance to your pressure washer with the right adapter.
  2. Fill the bottle with snow foam at the dilution on its bottle.
  3. Set the foam and spray if your lance adjusts.
  4. Foam the car from the bottom up.
  5. Rinse it off from the top down before it dries.

Afterwards

  1. Run clean water through the lance.
  2. Empty and rinse the bottle.
  3. Let it dry.
  4. Store it clean and upright.

Top Tip: Running clean water through the lance after use stops dried foam blocking the mesh.

Vertool polishers, dryer and snow foam lances

DAS-21E. The DAS-21E is a long-throw dual action polisher for paint defects and larger panels: 900W, a 21mm orbit, 2.4kg and a 5m cable, supplied with both 125mm and 150mm backing plates. The plates have ventilated cooling channels, which Vertool says reduce heat and make for quieter, smoother working.

12e Mini and Nano Pro. The 12e Mini is a compact dual action spot polisher for small and intricate areas: 700W, 1.8kg, a 76mm backing plate, a 12mm throw and 2,000 to 6,000opm, for 3in and 4in pads. The Nano Pro kit goes smaller still, with 1in and 2in backing plates and pads, rotary, 3mm and 12mm orbital actions, two 2,500mAh batteries and a corded power supply, for bumpers, grilles, badges and door shuts.

Force Drive. The Force Drive drives both rotation and oscillation mechanically: 1,200W, an 8mm orbit and 125mm and 150mm plates, with a locking trigger so you do not have to hold it in.

AirDry 180. The AirDry 180 blows the car dry and clears water trapped around grilles, vents and light surrounds: 2,800W input, variable air speed, a 5m hose, a 5m cable and a soft rubber nozzle tip. Vertool gives a one-year warranty on its DAS-21E, 12e Mini, Force Drive and AirDry.

Hydro 360 snow foam lance. The Hydro 360 has a fully adjustable spray pattern, vertical or horizontal, a knob to make the foam thinner or thicker, and a 1 litre bottle. It comes with a red, grey or yellow nozzle, or red on a clear bottle so you can see the level.

Vertool storage, stool and trolley

Vertool's wall storage is powder coated stainless steel and mounts on a garage or studio wall or in a vehicle.

  • Polisher holders: the single and double holders have a soft rubber strip to protect the neck of the machine; the double measures 65 x 38 x 8cm.
  • Pad holders: the 3 inch and 5 inch holders each take 10 or more pads, stored neatly and ready to use.
  • Brush and bottle holders: the 10UP Brush Holder takes 10 brushes, the 10UP Brush & Bottle Holder 10 brushes and 5 trigger bottles, and the 5UP Bottle Holder five bottles in 185mm slots.

Stool, trolley and bag. The Detailing Stool has a 300mm cushion, five castors, gas height adjustment from 400 to 500mm and two storage trays, for working on panels in comfort. The Detailing Trolley has two removable bins, bottle holders, brush hooks and two lockable wheels. The PRO-XL Detailing Bag measures 52 x 27 x 32cm, holds a couple of machine polishers and has a netted lid pocket and a removable insert.
