Full Description

Wheels are exposed to more grime and dirt than most parts of your car, so give them a Supreme treat. Supreme wheel cleaner is a strong, acid free cleaner that is safe to use on rubber, plastic, aluminium, chrome and enamelled rims. It only takes a minute to dissolve brake dust and grime and to give you the Supreme gleam from your wheels. Directions: Supreme can be used neat or diluted with water. For light soiling a dilution ratio of 1:5 -1:10 For heavy soiling use neat. Spray onto the wheel and leave to dwell for 1 minute. Rinse off with clean water. For tough, stubborn areas, Supreme can be used alongside a scratch-free wheel brush.

Alchemy Car Care was developed from what the company describes as years of grassroots detailing experience. Rather than building the range around a catalogue of existing products, Alchemy says its formulas were repeatedly developed, tested, adjusted and tested again before release. Testing was carried out across different vehicles, paint types and paint colours, with the aim of producing products that worked in the way the people behind the brand wanted to use them themselves.

That practical approach is still reflected in the range. Products are generally straightforward in purpose, with clear applications rather than unnecessary overlap between multiple versions of the same chemical.

A Range That Covers the Detailing Process

Alchemy has built a broad car care range covering pre-washing, contact washing, chemical decontamination, paint preparation, polishing, protection, interior cleaning, wheels and tyres. Grime provides the citrus pre-wash stage, Whitewash covers snow foam, Dirty Harry handles contact washing, while Chemical X and Diss-olve tackle iron contamination and tar. Further through the process, One Hit provides single-stage paint correction, with products such as Shell Suit, Duck Tail and Suga Coat covering different methods of adding protection and finishing the vehicle.

The range extends beyond liquids into clay, applicators, microfibres, brushes, buckets and other detailing accessories, allowing Alchemy products to be used through much of a complete exterior and interior detailing process.

A notable part of Alchemy's cleaning range is its use of concentrated products rather than relying solely on ready-to-use formulas. Grime Citrus Pre-Wash, for example, can be adjusted from around 10:1 for heavier contamination through to 100:1 for lighter cleaning, while also having applications beyond exterior pre-washing. Whitewash Snow Foam and Dirty Harry Shampoo are also sold as concentrated products, allowing the user to alter product strength or quantity according to the level of contamination and the job being carried out.

Alchemy is based in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire, and its range is also distributed to the detailing trade through Linntec. This places it firmly within the UK detailing market, with products covering enthusiast maintenance as well as the larger sizes and concentrated chemicals useful to regular and professional users.
