Combining the powerful ceramic resins and binders found in the synergy coating we have blended in an extremely high melting point technical mixture of modified polyethylene, flourine derived polymer which is loosely related to ptfe, and 2 solid si02 polymers to create this masterpiece. Famed in testing for its mind-blowing water behavior, synergy wax is also at the time of publishing this, capable of 58 weeks durability and counting, the recent tests showed water contact angles of 106° at this point and a maximum of 124° 12 hours after initial application. We expect 14 months from this product and will revisit this section in due course. This wax has a high resistance to detergents and is completely unaffected by temperatures, making it an ideal winter protection wax. A 50ml pot will cover 5-7 vehicles and a 200ml 25 on average.

Full Description

Probably the best synthetic wax to date! This very durable high active ceramic wax contains more than meets the eye! Combining the powerful ceramic resins and binders found in the synergy coating we have blended in an extremely high melting point technical mixture of modified polyethylene, flourine derived polymer which is loosely related to ptfe, and 2 solid si02 polymers to create this masterpiece. Famed in testing for its mind-blowing water behavior, synergy wax is also at the time of publishing this, capable of 58 weeks durability and counting, the recent tests showed water contact angles of 106° at this point and a maximum of 124° 12 hours after initial application. Application instructions:

  1. Prepare the surface before waxing by removing previous waxes and sealants. The best way to do this is by light machine polish, an example would be scholl concepts s40 with a soft pad. Followed by a thorough wipe down using an alcohol-based panel wipe like isopropanol.
  2. Take 1-2 swipes from the pot, only use soft foam to apply this wax. Once you have loaded the applicator proceed to press it over a small area of the panel several times, this creates an even application by collecting more wax as you work across the panel. Always ensure an even thin layer is applied, over-application will have negative effects on removal and performance.
  3. Remove the wax with a short pile towel like our blue removal coth after 1-5 minutes maximum, this means only 1 panel at a time. It is normal to see a hazy residue after initial removal. Removing this residue is done by using our plush yellow buffing towel, wipe in straight lines to ensure the light residue has been removed.
  4. After application, allow 3 hours for this wax to bond before wetting the vehicle, and do not wash for 7 days after application.

IF ANY SKIN IRRITATION DEVELOPS STOP USING, REMOVE CLOTHING WHICH MAY BE CONTAMINATED AND WASH THE SKIN WITH COLD SOAPY WATER ONLY, BEGIN TO INTRODUCE GENTLE SCRUBBING UNLESS THE SKIN IS BROKEN. How To Use

Applying

  1. Wash, dry and decontaminate the paint first.
  2. Work on a cool panel in the shade.
  3. Apply a thin, even layer with a foam applicator.
  4. Work one or two panels at a time.
  5. Leave it to haze for the time on the tin.

Buffing

  1. Buff off with a clean, plush microfibre.
  2. Turn the towel to a fresh side often.
  3. Let it cure before the car gets wet, as the tin directs.
  4. Store it sealed, away from heat.

Top Tip: A thin, even coat buffs off far more easily than a thick one and uses less wax.

From Garage Experiments to UK Production

Infinity Wax says it began in 2014 as the weekend pursuit of its founder, Michael Cipriani, whom the brand describes as an automotive enthusiast with a chemist's precision and a detailer's eye. What started in a garage as hands-on experimentation produced early blends for fellow car lovers who wanted performance without complication. According to the brand, the idea was to make car care accessible, effective and safe in a sector long split between products for professionals only and retail friendly ones.

By 2015, the brand says, word had outgrown the workshop and Infinity Wax opened its first laboratory and retail space in Newbridge, near Edinburgh. It describes the space as part innovation hub and part clubhouse for enthusiasts, and as the proving ground for new ideas, new coatings and launches such as Rapid Detailer, where products were tested, debated and refined.

Today Infinity Wax describes its formulas as lab-developed and real-world tested. It states that all of its products are made in the UK and manufactured in its own facility, giving it full control over formulation, quality and supply standards. Infinity Wax Citrus Pre-Wash - The Drivers HQ

Concentrated Cleaners and Easy Protection

Several Infinity Wax cleaners are supplied as concentrates. Citrus Pre-Wash is designed to be diluted and sprayed on before washing, and the brand says it is made from biodegradable, non-caustic detergents combined with natural orange oil, and is safe on wax and coatings. Incinerate Wheel Cleaner is an acid-free, alkaline cleaner designed for contactless or deep cleaning of wheels and tyres, and APX All Purpose Cleaner is a water-based concentrate with no solvents, oils or silicones.
