The Brand

Maxshine

Maxshine is a car detailing brand that describes itself as a professional company specialising in the development of long-throw dual action polishers and other detailing tools. The company lists its headquarters in Wuhu, in Anhui province, China, and its home page says it has been "In Pursuit Of Automotive Perfection Since 2006". Beyond polishing machines, the Maxshine catalogue covers microfibre towels, wash mitts, detailing brushes, clay cleaning products, foam cannons, polishing pads, bucket systems, detailing bags and creepers, all presented on its home page under the line All for Detailing.

The Drivers HQ stocks a wide Maxshine range, with applicator pads, detailing brushes, wheel brushes, clay and interior detailing brushes among its largest groups. Applicators include the Ceramic Coating Applicators 12 Pack and the Hydro-Tech Tyre Gel Applicator, and the brushes run from the Horsehair Brush Large to the Carpet Lint and Hair Removal Brush. Decontamination is covered by the Clay Bar Heavy Grade, the Microfibre Clay Mitt and a 5 inch DA Clay Pad, and drying towels include the 600GSM Purple Single Twisted Loop Drying Towel.

Maxshine suits enthusiasts putting together their first proper detailing kit as well as detailers replacing worn tools in an established one. A typical routine starts with a bucket fitted with a grit guard and the Microfibre Wash Pad for the wash, followed by clay to lift bonded contamination from the paint and a twisted loop towel such as the 600GSM Purple Single Twisted Loop Drying Towel to dry the car. A tyre applicator such as the Hydro-Tech finishes the job by dressing the tyres.

Buy Maxshine from The Drivers HQ with UK-wide delivery by tracked Royal Mail, or call in at our walk-in store in Ilkeston, Derbyshire, where Click & Collect is free. Chemical-resistant bottles and the Detailing Bag Large help keep products organised between jobs, and you can combine Maxshine brushes, towels and clay with the rest of your detailing and car care essentials in a single order, whether you are replacing one worn tool or building a kit from scratch.

In Pursuit of Automotive Perfection

Maxshine's home page describes the brand as "In Pursuit Of Automotive Perfection Since 2006", and its about page says that for over 19 years it has specialised in long-throw dual action polishers alongside a wider range of auto detailing products. The polisher remains at the centre of the brand, with the Maxshine catalogue listing long-throw dual action, rotary and cordless machines together with backing plates and foam and wool polishing pads.

According to Maxshine, its rapid global growth stems from "an unwavering passion and dedication to the art of detailing", and it says the brand is now recognised in more than 50 countries and regions. The company lists its headquarters in Wuhu, Anhui, with a branch office in Nanjing, and says that in recent years it has formed joint ventures with suppliers in China to strengthen quality control and innovation.

Maxshine says its products are designed with high-grade materials, precision engineering and a clean, functional style, and that its aim is to offer cost-effective, high-performance solutions for professional and enthusiast detailers alike. That practical focus shows in the way the range is organised, with tools grouped by job, from towels and wash mitts to brushes, clay, bucket systems and detailing bags.

Brushes, Clay and Microfibre Towels

By its own account, the brand specialises in long-throw dual action polishers. The Drivers HQ stocks a large selection of its hand tools: applicator pads for ceramic coatings and tyre dressing, detailing brushes such as the Curved Grip XL Detailing Brush with its ultra soft bristles, wheel brushes, and interior brushes including the Carpet Lint and Hair Removal Brush.

Decontamination is well covered too. Maxshine says its Magic Clay Towel "effortlessly removes stubborn contaminants like tree sap, water spots, and overspray", and its directions finish by following with wax or sealant, or moving on to compound and polish. We stock the Maxshine Clay Bar Heavy Grade, the Microfibre Clay Mitt and the 5 inch DA Clay Pad, so you can clay by hand or by machine.

For drying, Maxshine describes its 800GSM Twisted Loop Drying Towel as having a woven side for tough grime and a twisted loop side that "delivers soft, swirl-free drying". Our towel selection includes the 600GSM Purple Single Twisted Loop Drying Towel and the Duo Twisted Colourful Towel, alongside buckets and grit guards, chemical-resistant bottles and detailing bags to carry the kit.
