Each Active machine is sold on its own or as a kit, so you can buy the machine alone if you already own a hose, gun and lance, or a kit that is ready to wash from the box. Our shop page has opening times and directions.
What makes Active pressure washers different?
Active builds its machines around flow, piston pumps and induction motors rather than a very high pressure figure. Flow is what rinses a car quickly and feeds a foam cannon, so Active quotes a working pressure of 1000 to 1100 PSI and puts the emphasis on gallons per minute.
The pumps are the main difference from a typical home machine. The 2.0 uses a brass triplex plunger pump, the 2.3 and 3.0 use a patented 5-piston pump, and Active describes the 2.3 as serviceable and rebuildable. The 3.0 has oil fill and drain access for servicing, and its low-speed induction motor runs at about 1600 RPM.

Active 2.0 Electric Pressure Washer
A brushless induction motor and a brass triplex plunger pump give 2.0 GPM at 1100 PSI working pressure. The Standard Kit includes a 40 foot steel braided rubber hose, a metal gun and lance, four nozzles and a wall-mountable cage.
Active 2.3 Electric Pressure Washer
A 128 induction motor and a patented 5-piston reinforced brass pump give 2.3 GPM at 1100 PSI working pressure, with peaks at 1500 PSI, for rich snow foam, rinsing and safe contact washing.
Active 3.0 Electric Pressure Washer
The flagship of the range, giving 3.0 GPM at 1000 PSI working pressure from a patented 5-piston pump and a low-speed induction motor. The machine-only listing comes with 4 spray nozzles and a 1.65mm foam cannon orifice.
Active 3.0 Electric Pressure Washer Premium Kit
The 3.0 boxed with Active's swivel gun, 20 degree bent lance, foam cannon, 50 foot steel braided hose and M22-14mm to 3/8 adaptor, all with fully machined 304 stainless steel fittings.
Which Active accessories do we stock?
Active's accessories use stainless quick connects and suit Active machines, and several also fit other pressure washers. For the foam cannon, AutoBead Snow Foam is the foam we suggest.
Active Premium Pressure Washer Snow Foam Cannon
Brass and stainless steel internals, an adjustable spray pattern and dilution control, and a wide-mouth 1 litre bottle. It fits Active units and most pressure washers with the adapters included.
An M22-14mm to 3/8 adapter, a 50 foot 5/16 inch steel braided rubber hose, the Active swivel gun, foam cannon and 20 degree bent extension lance, made for the Active 2.0, 2.3 and most pressure washers.
Active 15 Metre Pressure Washer Extension Hose
A kink-resistant, abrasion-resistant hose that adds 15 metres of reach, for Active pressure washers and most standard quick-connect fittings.
Active Pressure Washer Wall Mount
A powder-coated steel frame with a pre-installed hose reel and a 304 stainless steel reel valve, made to hold an Active machine off the floor.
A snow foam with a mild alkaline base that AutoBead says will not degrade last stage protection at the correct dilution. AutoBead mixes 1 part snow foam to 4 parts water in the lance bottle, with up to 10 minutes of dwell.
