CarPro DQUARTZ Go brings CarPro's DQUARTZ nanodiamond coating technology to an easy DIY package. Reformulated from the professional DQUARTZ for everyday users, it keeps the durability and hardness-increasing properties, with a smoother, slicker finish.
The Drivers HQ
CarPro calls DQUARTZ the toughest companion to CQUARTZ, and Go puts that technology in a DIY package. Choose it when wear resistance matters most, for example on a car that is washed often.
Keep the aftercare simple: wash with Reset, decontaminate with Iron X now and then, and skip the topper unless you have a reason, as CarPro advises.
CarPro spent a year validating the Go formula before release, and CarPro US says a smoothing formula based on fluoropolymers gives it a slick touch once cured.
Caution: Not in direct sun or on hot panels. Wear gloves and a mask, and keep it out of the weather for 48 hours.
Top Tip: Test one 2ft x 2ft section first. The flash time changes with temperature, humidity, air flow and how thickly you apply it.
A nanodiamond fusion coating: CarPro's professional DQUARTZ reformulated for easy DIY use, with the same durability and hardness-increasing properties and a smoother finish.
CarPro's own product page gives no fixed figure. CarPro US describes years of protection from a single coat. How long any coating lasts depends on use, weather and washing, and regular Reset washes keep it at its best.
One layer is enough. For a second, wait 1 hour from when you started the first.
CarPro does not recommend a topper unless you have a good reason. If you do, wait at least 4 hours for Reload, or 1 hour for CQUARTZ SiC.
Yes. CarPro says it works on metals, and CarPro US lists most metals alongside automotive paint.
CarPro says it increases surface hardness by up to 5 points.
